If the GCC is growing, the market data to salary structure aligning in to market benchmarks in to pay framework is the required compensation strategy. What’s your thoughts? Is the GCC spectrum in India ready for the salary structure executable ?

in my experience gccs pay slightly more than non-gccs. depends on other factors as well also. HRs usually do the market benchmarking
