Exploring "Why Employees do not use EAP services provided by organizations"

Hello All - 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 I am exploring the below question from three different perspectives: "Why employees do not use 𝐄𝐀𝐏 (𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦)" I am collecting perspectives from: - Employees : What influences their decision to seek or not seek support? - HR / HRBPs : What do organizations see, experience and understand about EAP usage? - EAP service providers & Mental Health Professionals : What do they observe when employees access or don't access the EAP support? I believe looking at this from different perspectives may give us the better picture. That’s why I need your help.
