I am working in service based company. Should i switch to GCC?

Question

I recently got an offer of 50% hike to move to amgen gcc in Hyderabad. I currently work in tcs. Should i switch?

GCC give you great hike but limited movement and travel. If in TCS you get travel opportunities and few other projects with movement to other new projects

That depends on you. GCC and service based orgs can be similar or very different depending on your work/field. If the GCC is IT related, while it may pay more, it can also have other nuances which may not be a good fit for you.

Speaking generally, an average GCC should be better than TCS.
