Hello Friends, I hold 16 years of experience in Accounts Receivable domain and am now looking to re-enter the workforce after a long career break taken to care for an elderly family member during a critical medical emergency. I've been actively applying to relevant openings in Bangalore for long time now, but haven't had much success getting callbacks. I'd be grateful for this community's support — if you know of organizations that are open to hiring professionals returning after a career break, or if you're able to refer me for any suitable roles, it would be of great help. you can look at BMS Hyderabad.. I worked there in the past. they have a good policy for hiring candidates who are coming after a career break. but they usually hire lie 3-4 every year who took a career break, so you can have a look.
