GCC is your India entity of global firm and same HR policies has to be implemented across its offices. there wil be few tweaks with contry specifics policies according to labor law or local demands. HR - GCC will be controlled by global CHRO and always considered critical unit as India workforce will be huge (thousands) or few hundreds for any GCCs

HR itself is a wide spectrum so it depends on what your expertise is. for ex a TA person moving to GCC will give him Scope of working with global stake holders, and getting a brand on your resume
